I’ve been stuck on this plateau far too long!
So I’m thinking about adding some J. Michaels to the mix.
I have just enough time before summer to start the 30 day shred today, then jump into 6 week six pack and literally end right at the start of summer. I’m thinking that I’ll do Jillian at night, and still do my cardio at school. (Since it is far easier to get 30-40 minutes of cardio in than to get any time in on weights because of all the people who utilize the gym and how small it is).
Honestly I’m only looking to shed the 10 pounds that would get me back to 2012 weight. Then this summer I’ve just got to keep disciplined enough to not be a binge drinking, binge eating asshole who eats constantly the 7 hours I’m at work and then eats constantly the entire time I’m not drinking after work. It’s sick, really.
Here goes- 11 weeks until summer. 30 day shred, 6 week six-pack (although I am fully aware I most likely will not end up with a six pack haha).
